Have you ever felt that life gets better when you listen to a certain song that puts you in a good mood? Music changes your state and sets you for the mood you want: meditative, relaxing, workout, sad, romantic, motivational etc.
Why not use it to get more energy?

Day 6: Get energy with music
Lately I have experienced workout, bouncing and running with music! It does help in increasing my energy and in getting better results! I just love it because using the right rhythm I can bounce higher, make different moves, run with a smile on my face… And I anchor the state of movement with music. When I am in the office and I feel low energy I just put on an active song that I love and start jumping. In just 2-3 minutes I get energized and in a better mood so I can continue my work.
One of my new passions that it’s very useful for my energy and wellbeing is “trampolining” or bouncing on a trampoline. It improves posture, muscle tone, coordination and balance, activates the lymphatic system and increases energy levels. Did you know that this is also a sport and not only a fun for children? Ok, a funny sport 🙂
The challenge for you is to find a few songs that you love and that energize you and mix them in a playlist. Then use them anytime you feel low energy, at home or in the office, listen and dance. Or do sports.
