What is training?

Training is a learning process that helps you acquire knowledge, sharpen your skills and change your attitudes and behavior in order to enhance performance.

The goal of training is to create an impact that lasts beyond the end time of the training itself. The focus is on creating specific action steps and commitments that focus your attention on incorporating your new skills and ideas back in your live and in your work.

Think about your training goals, and make sure you find the right type of course for you and your organization. Remember that effective training goes beyond the program itself.
