flowersI wish you a great International Women’s day! Love you all, my dear female friends and I hope you will get lots of energy with every flower received live or virtually. That flowers give you energy it’s true because they help you create a beautiful feeling inside of you and then create endorphins!

Day 4: Create endorphins in your body

Endorphins are called “elixir of life”: they are biochemicals that are similar to opium and morphine but just stronger. They are naturally produced by the body, are not addictive or damaging but create pleasure, kill pain and improve the immune system.

An exercise to create endorphins: just remember a beautiful moment or a lovely experience from the past, a moment when you were completely relaxed, feeling good or a moment when you were laughing a lot. Your subconscious will bring that moment into today like you are living it now.

Remember all the details: What do you see? What did you hear? How did you feel? Bring back that memory and live it again! Pause and enjoy the moment. Your body will create endorphins and you will feel better and therefore have more energy.
